The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) requests a statement of qualifications and related proposals for contracted SEDC attorney services. Sealed proposals are due and time stamped in the City Secretary's Office, 1700 First Street, Suite 206, Seabrook, TX 77586 by 11:00 A.M CST on February 7, 2013. Sealed proposals should be labeled "Do Not Open" along with the RFQ# 2013-04. Proposals submitted by facsimile and late proposals will not be accepted by the SEDC. The EDC seeks services encompassing the traditional scope of work including legal counsel and rendering of opinions to the SEDC Board and staff, and consultation and coordination with the city attorney and any assigned special counsel. Attendance at a variety of meetings will be required, including staff meetings and SEDC meetings as specified. This agreement will not include criminal prosecution services.
