The San Jacinto Community College District ("SJCCD" or "District") is interested in soliciting bids for a parcel of unimproved land containing approximately 21.15 acres of land described as all of Lot 2 in Block 1 of University Park, Section One, recorded in Volume 332, Page 133 of the Harris County Map Records, and being physically located at the intersection of Bay Area Boulevard and Middlebrook Drive, eastern Harris County, Texas, as more particularly described by metes and bounds on the attached Exhibit A ("Property"). The conveyance of the Property will be subject to any matter filed of record in the real property and other official public records of Harris County, Texas and any matters noted as "Permitted Exceptions" in the deed of conveyance.
